Stainless Steels are one of the worlds most recycles products, and within its composition lies raw materials that make the process of recycling stainless steels very economical. Most stainless steel products ranging from the 300 to 400 series have an average recycle content of 60 percent and greater. The rate is 25% old recycled materials, 30% new recycled materials & 40% new raw materials.

All Material are sorted and containerized for shipment to the recycle centers. Along with our standard recycle policy for raw materials used for construction we are continually moving toward a greener office everyday from paper consumption and ink cartridge recycling programs to electronic and consumable disposal policies. Creating a more robust digital office environment is at the forefront of our green office program. Using advanced networking & storage capabilities to send, receive & store working documents has helped reduce our waste by over 40%.

Lighting Measures

Install lighting measures to reduce peak demand by replacing:

* First-generation T8 lamps and generic electronic ballasts with third-generation T8 lamps and extra-efficient electronic ballasts.

 * Recessed T12 or T8 fixtures with suspended indirect/direct fixtures featuring third-generation T8 lamps   and extra-efficient ballasts* or T5/T5HO.

 * Halogen or incandescent spot lights with ceramic metal halide lamps and fixtures.

 * Fluorescent refrigerator/freezer case lighting with LED refrigerator/freezer case lighting.

 * Magnetically ballasted HID fixtures with electronically ballasted HID fixtures.
